I wish to inform you that TAKARA SHUZO CO.,LTD. has started anew under new responsibilities. As of April 1, 2002, TAKARA SHUZO CO.,LTD. has moved to a holding company, TAKARA HOLDINGS INC., which owns 100% of the share capital of TAKARA SHUZO CO.,LTD. and TAKARA BIO INC. The two new firms are responsible respectively for the alcoholic beverage, seasonings and beverages, and raw alcohol businesses, and the biomedial business.
Sourcing its core products - alcoholic beverages, seasonings and beverages, and raw alcohol - from nature's bounty, we at Takara Shuzo always keep in mind environmental compliance in each of our businesses. Our sincere desire is to contribute to people and society through a supply of unique, safe, and proven products that more than satisfy the ever-changing needs of contemporary society.
