[ Creating a Challenging Workplace 1| 2 ]

For Our Employees’ iki-iki (happiness)

We support employees to continuously build their skills

We support employees to continuously build their skills, aiming at nurturing human treasures with self-responsibility who are capable of self-selection and self-fulfillment (the three “selves.”) Such systems and programs include the graduate school attendance assistance system, the self-selecting training program, correspondence courses and the award system for qualifications and licenses. Employees think for themselves and voluntarily participate in the trainings/programs to attain the necessary skills.

Self-Selecting Training Program

Employees participate in a self-selecting training program

Employees voluntarily participate in various training programs. Subjects of the programs are changed every year to meet the needs of the participants.

Communicating Employees’ Opinions to the Management through Iki-iki Practical Training

Iki-iki Practical Training

Participants of Iki-iki Practical Training

Iki-iki Practical Training aims to raise employees’ awareness of company management and have them make use of this awareness in business operations. Younger employees and mid-career workers frankly exchange opinions centering on their daily work and communicate them directly to the management. The objective of this bilateral communication between employees and management, which is a stimulating experience for all involved, is to make use of heightened motivation and awareness levels at the workplace and stimulate employees.
